We can custom make not only these inflatable advertising structures, but also advertising printing according to your ideas and graphic requirements. You can choose between several types of design and shape of this inflatable structure - from the arched gate to the gate in the shape of a broken arch with/without lower bases. The printing of the cladding of the pneumatic structure is done by sublimation directly into the fabric structure. An alternative to printing directly onto the inflatable cladding is the addition of removable Velcro banners.
The following attributes can be designed and modified according to the customer's wishes before production so that the final product meets all requirements:
Pneumatic advertising gates are airtight, unlike those with a compressor, which require a constant air supply. Once filled with air, they remain stationary and do not need constant air replenishment. This makes them ideal for locations that do not have a power source within easy reach. All pneumatic gates include a pressure relief valve to ensure that the gate is not over-inflated and therefore damaged. The moment the internal air pressure reaches the ideal values, the pressure relief valve starts to vent the excess air out.
The body of pneumatic gates, unlike those with a constant air supply, is double-layered. The outer textile layer is made of high quality polyester with a 600D Denier fibre density. This is the layer that is visible, and which can be printed. Printing is done using the digital sublimation method, which places no restrictions on the shade of colours or the amount of printing - 100% of the surface of the outer cover can always be printed. The pneumatic/airtight core itself is made of PVC. This is moulded to an identical shape to the outer layer that surrounds it.
Inflatable advertising arches with compressor are made of a single layer of thin but high-strength nylon. Each of these gates is supplied with an external electric compressor ("blower") which provides a constant supply of air to the interior of the gate. A 230V mains electricity supply is therefore required to use these gates, or a portable petrol generator to supply the required electricity. Once the ideal pressure inside the gate body is reached, the nylon itself (forming the outer layer of the gate) starts to let excess air through, thus maintaining an ideal and stable internal pressure.
Of course there is the possibility of printing. Printing is carried out using the digital sublimation method, which places no restrictions on the colour shade or the amount of printing - 100% of the surface of the outer cover can always be printed. A cheaper variant of personalisation is the production of removable Velcro banners.
